I am very disappointed. I had chosen Shirodhara, which I am used to doing. The treatment table was placed on wedges and was slightly tilted to the right, which was uncomfortable. More importantly, the oil temperature was inconsistent — sometimes lukewarm and not warm enough, and at other times too hot, even burning (my forehead actually hurt because the oil slightly burned my skin).
This is the first time I have ever been disappointed with a Shirodhara treatment. Personally, I do not recommend it.
