An online appointment request may not be considered confirmed until the clinic has communicated confirmation through the applicable booking or contact channel.
Appointment Requests
Submitting a booking or enquiry form communicates your request. It does not necessarily mean that an appointment has been confirmed.

If you need to change your appointment, please contact the clinic as early as reasonably possible so that alternative availability can be discussed.

Cancellation requests should be communicated through the appropriate clinic contact channel. Any applicable cancellation conditions will depend on the service booked.

Where a refund is applicable, the amount and method of refund may depend on the payment made, service booked and applicable cancellation conditions.

Appointment requests may be submitted through the website, by phone or through another designated communication channel.
A request should not be treated as a confirmed appointment until the clinic has confirmed the appointment details, including date and time, where applicable.
Availability may change depending on doctor schedules, clinic capacity and other operational circumstances.
Appointment Cancellation
If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify the clinic as soon as possible using the contact details provided at the time of booking or through the official contact channel.
Where a specific cancellation period or fee applies to a particular service, that condition may be communicated separately before or during booking.
Rescheduling
Patients who are unable to attend a scheduled appointment may contact the clinic to request another available date or time.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may not always be possible at the originally preferred time.

Refunds
If a refund is applicable, MSM Ayurveda may process the refund according to the payment method, service terms and cancellation conditions applicable to the transaction.
Processing time may vary depending on the original payment method and the financial institution or payment provider involved.
Refund eligibility should be confirmed with the clinic before assuming that a particular payment is refundable.
Situations Where a Refund May Not Apply
Depending on the service and the terms communicated at booking, a refund may not be available in circumstances such as a late cancellation, missed appointment or a service that has already been provided.
This section is general guidance only. The actual terms applicable to a specific booking should be confirmed with MSM Ayurveda before payment where clarification is needed.
- Appointments cancelled after an applicable cancellation deadline.
- Missed appointments without prior communication.

Changes by the Clinic
In exceptional circumstances, MSM Ayurveda may need to change, reschedule or cancel an appointment due to doctor availability, operational requirements, unforeseen events or other circumstances.
Where appropriate, the clinic may contact the patient to discuss an alternative appointment or any applicable payment-related resolution.
Service-specific terms may override general guidance.
If a particular treatment, package, consultation or payment arrangement has separate cancellation or refund terms, those terms may apply to that booking. Please confirm applicable conditions before making payment when necessary.
